Tyler Jay Neyman was born, raised, and continues to reside in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Tyler graduated from Washington and Jefferson College with a B.A. in History in 2019. To pursue a career in law, he then graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law with a J.D. in 2022.

Prior to joining Sinatra & Istik, Tyler initially began his career as a judicial law clerk in Butler County for the Honorable William R. Shaffer, and Honorable Robert G. Yeatts, along with clerking for eight other visiting Senior Judges. During this time, he worked in tandem with the Judges on a wide array of cases, including criminal cases ranging from DUIs to homicides, civil cases such as personal injury and contract disputes, and family law matters including divorce and custody. In 2025, Tyler transitioned to a clerkship for the Honorable William C. Robinson, Jr., primarily handling family and juvenile dependency matters.

Tyler is active in both the Lawrence County Bar Association and the Butler County Bar Association. He presently serves as the Butler County Bar Association Young Lawyers Division President and is a member of the executive committee. Outside of the legal community, Tyler is an avid outdoorsman who spends time at his hunting cabin in Tionesta, Pa. Having played football himself for more than a decade, he is a fanatic of the Pittsburgh Steelers, and a fan of cinema and history.
